This solution provides the client with a cost-effective alternative but with the comfort and convenience of oversight and coordination with the larger firm.

  • Yes. I’m available if you need someone for a few weeks or a few months; part-time, full-time or project based. An interim executive can keep your organization going strong while you take the time to find the right permanent resources. Or, I can step in as an extra pair of hands during a particularly busy period by coaching, training and assisting on-site staff in work that needs to get done.

  • Yes, my “boots on the ground” approach allows me to provide personalized service and support to the client as needed. I can work on site several days each month and sit shoulder to shoulder with the company’s staff to witness activity on the project and provide real time support.
